FAQs

  • Do I need to do the reboot in real time?

    You'll have access to the content for life (it is also downloadable) so you can start the reboot whenever suits you. The live Q&A will be recorded and uploaded to the portal, which you can access via a dashboard.

  • Will there be vegan options?

    The meals are plant focused, meaning there’s an emphasis on plants but they won’t be solely vegan. There will, however, be vegan options or ideas for vegan swaps.

  • When is the Reboot live Q&A?

    The live Q&A is set for Thursday 25th January 2024 at 6.30pm (UK time). It will be recorded and uploaded to The M Collective community.

  • What happens if there’s a meal or ingredient I don’t like?

    The meal guide incorporates 14 days of suggested meals, including a nutritional breakdown of protein, calories and fibre content. I will add a few extra recipes ideas that you can use as alternatives if a certain recipe doesn’t appeal to you, but bear in mind they won’t be included in the shopping list and they won’t show the nutritional content.

  • Will the meals work for families?

    Each recipe states how many it serves. You can double or triple the ingredients as needed.

  • I’m not a great cook. Will the recipes be complicated?

    Not at all! They’re all easy to put together and don’t involve long lists of complicated ingredients.

  • Do we get access to you?

    You will have free access to my menopause community, The M Collective, for one month (until February 22nd 2024). I drop in daily and can answer any questions you have about the Reboot.

  • What is The M Collective?

    The M Collective is my menopause education platform. It’s where I upload masterclasses, guest speakers, ‘ask the doctor’ sessions and bite-size videos and articles. As a member of the January Reboot, you will have free access to the community part of The M Collective for 1 month.
